Service Description

Taught by Michelle Sheahan, Reiki Master Teacher: this four hour class builds on Reiki I. You will review the self-Reiki techniques and learn how to offer Reiki to others hands-on, hands-off, or at a distance. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate. Reiki II: - Chakra meditative experience - Reiki discussion – brief review of theory and history of Reiki - Three pillars of Reiki - Kenyoku (dry bathing) - Koki-ho (Reiki with breath) - Hand positions and Hayashi Healing Guide - Second and third symbols - Reiki II placement/attunement - Enkaku chiryo (distance Reiki) - Ethics and documentation - Hands on practice - Certificates
